We have reports that thousands more are coming into the capital as we speak. Every entrance and main street in Anyia is jam-pack with troops. I'm gonna try to get over to the Chancellor's Residence to take a closer look..."

The air over Anyia was fill with the clamp of boots on pavement. Militia troops marched through the streets of the capital in uniform formation, shouting out their demands for the release of Chancellor Xie, who was place under house arrest by the Loyalist Military Council several months ago.

The militia units involve in this de-coup are lead by Master Gwan Tao of Meisa Martial School, a influential  figure in the central regions. City garrisons were left with no choice but to let their countrymen through, whom are determine to release the Chancellor and restore the former government. Several Anyia army regiments have joined the fray, with or without the consent of their higher ups in Gandao.

At the Chancellor's Residence, miltiamen manage to overpower the Army guards after surrounding the Residence. The Chancellor was release afterward, and quickly takes control of the de-coup efforts. Numerous Military Council members were capture and personnel arrested during the Loyalist Army's coup, including the Head of Defense, were rescue as well. However, many of the LMC's prominent members manage to escape to their stronghold in Gandao. Secretary Ein Cao is one of them.

Fifteen generals, twenty-four senior officers, and several LMC's aides were arrested on charges ranging from military mis-authorization and treason charges. While treason carries the penalty of death in the Loyalist Republic, none of the officers have been executed. Ten generals were dishonor and discharge from their posts, fifteen senior officers had their ranks demoted, and several others were either fired or released on grounds of misplace subordination (occ:they didn't know who's orders to follow) or forced authorization (occ: they had to follow orders or risk consequences, treated as hostages that were force to comply with their oppressors).       

None of the State Police heads involved in the coup were charge. Just as the Chancellor remove the effects of LMC rule, the State Police re-established their loyalties to the Chancellor and civilian government. State police units were a major asset in capturing LMC members outside of Anyia after the de-coup.

Ambassador Yuppanci had gotten up late this morning.
He had nothing to do anyway besides standing near that damn window and looking out. He did not know why he kept that routine but it had become something of a habit.
The secretary had brought him a cup of coffee and he had looked at the recent newspaper. Nothing new, just the usual assurances by the government that everything was in order and the curfew still up.
He took a sip from the cup as he heard noises outside. He walked to the window and opened it.
On the streets he saw about a thousand soldiers marching like on a parade, their rifles slung over their shoulders, chanting at the top of their lungs.
"Release the chancellor, return the government. Release the chancellor, return the government. "
He even saw a few civilians following the troops along falling into their chant.
Walking over to the desk he switched on the TV and grabbed the phone, pressing the button that would connect him directly with the Ministry of foreign affairs at home.

"You won't believe that sight here Bren, thousands of national militiamen from around the Republic, marching to the capital since a few days ago. We have reports that thousands more are coming into the capital as we speak."

A reporter said.
As soon as the phone on the other end was answered he said " this is ambassador Yupanci. Give me the Minister quick and tell him to switch on the news from CL"

"Finally" he tought "things are moving again. Hopefully this won`t turn into a civil war"

After a long two month siege by pro-Chancellor troops and civilians on the LMC's stronghold, the remaining members and three hundred soldiers still loyal to them surrender without any loss of life. The Military Council members were detain and the soldiers allow to see their waiting families. The soldiers were all release without charges or discharges, but a few officers were demoted on spot.

After being handcuff and cover by State police officers, the major players of the coup were transported by a convoy to the Districtorial Court of Gandao for court-martial by a judge and jury.

Secretary Ein Cao was sentenced to death, found guilty of being responsible for conspiracy against the government and the death of 120 000 Loyalist soldiers in the South Ryaz conflict. Several generals received the same sentences, a few received dishonorable discharges or life in political prison.

By three months, the positions of the removed generals were replace with combat experience Marshals who have return from the war in South Ryaz. The Chancellor declared a celebration for the end of the war, and a time to honour the fallen men who fought and died gallantly in the battlefield of Llanydern and South Ryaz.
