Today arrived at St. Takasburg, Aid of Boyenivish, with 5000 more workers for the construction of the Canal Arveos.

Few hours later the Birkov Fortress lans on the nearby airport, transporting Ambassador Yarkin Fajahomed, and the precious gift from Lot Kazi himself.

Yarkin Fajahomed leaves the plane and walks to the nearest authority: "Where is my welcome party?!"
random authority: "Who would your person be?"
ambassador: "Im Ambassador Yarkin Fajahomed, from New Delfos. Just came from Al-Birkah without sleep to see King Taka the 1st. I bring this precious gift to your excellency from Councilor Lot Kazi. Where should i be directed?"

For unknown reasons, the plane landed in the St. Takasburg domestic airport by mistake - the welcoming party was arranged in the Paahaa International Airport!
The airport officials hastily arranged limousines for Yarkin Fajahomed, "we sincerely appologize for the arrangement." They slowly arrived at the Royal Palace at Plaza del Sol.

Meanwhile, the embarassed officials, had no choice but to take the maglev back to the city - highway was definitely not fast enough.

King Takas I, "We feel really sorry for the inconvenience caused by our incompetent staff. Anyway, a warm welcome to Takasia..."

(ambassador) Yarkin Fajahomed: "Ah! there is no problem at all. Let me say, what a wonderful Palace you have here, you should visit our palaces at Delfingrado and Kaziev when you have time, they are wonderful palaces too, not as pretty as this one is im afraid. Ah, before we can arrange any business, please accept this gift from Councilor Lot Kazi, he was real pleased when you accepted the imigrants!"

*At 1st look, it seems a regular long wooden box, probably a long musical instrument box. As Fajahomed extended his arms you could read in golden lettering: "To King Takas I, Snayperskaya Vintovka Dragunova (Sharjah)"*

ambassador: "He said it was for your highness' free times, to practice your skills, he said, any other king would be very jealous if they found out the gift you have, let me introduce your highness this honored gift, To..King Takas the 1st, that is you, your highness, this Dragunova sniper rifle, made in Sharjah. Our pride extends on the content of the box, beyond a personalized sniper rifle by Lot Doyen Kazi himself, you also have modified 7N1 bullets with your highness' tittle and crown symbol, the takasian sun, imprinted in the golden cap of the bullet. Let me show you.."

The King was taken aback while he found that he was presented a rifle. He signaled his guard to take over the present from the ambassador, "thank you very much for your gift. Please relay my appreciation to the Councilor Kazi."

OOC: i know it's a bit odd to present a rifle, but this is a great gift common between tribe leaders.

ambassador: "i'v some resquests from the council aswell, they wish to know what is your interest or position towards the arising sociallist union. we have an urge to deploy technological utilities so that the communications spread fast and we dont have to go on informalities. it is part of New Delfos' plan for the future program."

To the King, this is somehow expected. Speaking in line with what Aurelius and he have been discussing with, "we are pretty concerned about the current situation. Takasia has always been a free trade and free movement country. To be honest, we do not interfere the economic model or political system a country chooses, as long as we can continue trading for what we need in peace. I must say I do not foresee any threat from the socialist movements in the near future, but there is little more I can say about beyond that."

As far as you knew, you didnt even know what language they were speaking through.

ambassador: "im sorry your highness, shall we continue? we have to discuss trade routes before i can go rest a while, been a long trip, and those military tupolev are a bit nasty. The peace between our nations is more than established, we'r a peaceful nation, even if we'r a large weaponry producers, most of it are for defense, and large part of it..well, lets say it's not for us. Speaking of which, do you have any need of military hardware deployment for defense? like AA guns or coastal defenses?"

The King is getting excited about possible deals, anyway, he is a better businessman than politician, "of course we are highly interested in any kind of weaponry. We must admit that we are weak in firearm productions. In fact, we wish you would recommend what we should acquire from your nation for our defence. In return, due to our strong tradition in ship and aircraft building, we do build state-of-the-art military vassels and aircrafts. I believe a nation as great as yours would be highly interested in these."

(ambassador): "well it will depend on your military positions, and what enemies you might have. for that im not good, but we can send a specialist in weaponry deployment if you are that interested. About for we acquire your weaponry, about plane we'r good at, we have a plane factory in Al-Birkah, where that tupolev stationed outside came from, the Birkov Engine Industry. But we lack of good ships, beyond being good at big ships like the "Aid of Boyenivish" on your port, we dont really have naval force. We lack of small frigates, what type of ships do you offer?"

That seemed to be a rather tough question for the King, he just said what he could formulate, "we don't really have an enemy per se, but who knows what will happen in this growing tension between different blocs? But it would be extremely important to secure out southern border and the canals. Without them, Takasia is doomed. As such, we would welcome your specialist for advice.

"We are actually interested in getting some Topolevs too, if the price is right. As for the frigates, why not get take a look at our arms catalog? Although we don't have the widest selection, but they are definitely some of the best in Taijitu!" and an officer produced the catalog (http://forum.taijitu.org/rp-shops/takasia-arms-catalog/0/) to the ambassador almost instantly.

ambassador: "we'r very interested in 1 of those Steregushchy class corvette, 2 of Neustrashimy class frigate. your Slava class cruiser is very interesting, we have experts on cruisers in the Navirsk shipyard but we do not produce this kind, maybe we could exchange patents, could we exchange the shipyard's contacts?...hey can i use your fax?"

*ambassador writes coming on the bottom of the weapons catalog and signs it*

"About the tupolevs, we have a few, we could exchange the frigates with 2 of themm how many tupolevs you requite? .I'll ask for a catalog from the Birkov Engine Industry, few airplanes from the Zabid Missile Industry, and ships from the Navirsk shipyard"
*writes some more at the bottom of the catalong*
"We produce high tech military planes on the Zabid factory, Mig-29 is one of our pride. Our weapons specialist is included in this fax, might come with the tupolevs, can i?"

The King was delighted about the deal - of course, he was more happy in doing business than those diplomatic crap, "we're glad to have the business with you. As for now, we would just like 2 Topolev transporters, and see how they fare with the A400M we are currently producing. Ah... how does the MiG-29 fare compared to our Su-35?

OOC:we produce mig29 and mig35 in MQ-Fusion factory: Sharjah, Kazjko region, New Delfos. Is it against the rules having factories that there's already other players using? in RW, for example, the chinese name the migs differently so they can sell their own patents, also those are modified. If i cannot have Mig factories because you already produce them i defend i can have modified MiGs and i produce it under other name.

ambassador: "you mean 2 commercial tu-95 tupolevs? the fax is almost coming with our catalog, but im afraid we do not have the airplanes you desire, they will have to be produced, it will take time...or we can modify those 2 inactive tu-95 tupolevs we have in the NDAF..i'll notify the responsible for the military airforce. We do not sell most of the vehicles, they are exchanged by other vehicles or goods, i must warn you. But for that we'll discuss later about those ships. About the comparison between MiG-29 and Su-35, the airplanes are almost the same, but MiG-29 is more agile and fighter-like, great for aerial territory patrol/defense, while the Su-35 is more bomber-style, built mainly for air strikes. Thing is, MiG-29 is cheaper to maintain, although older than the Su-35, but we hve other newer migs, just that our NDAF has great MiG-29"

ambassador: "What about tourism and trade routes? Sharjah airport and seaport are open, you'r also welcomed to Delfingrado International Airport and also Navirsk seaport but those are southernmost. Either Sharjah, Delfingrado and Boyengrado are great for tourism. A great commercial center is Sbbasburg in the south. What cities are open for such business?"

The King laughed heartily, "All Takasian ports are free ports. We believe in free trade - So if you have the cash, you have access. Of course we are more than happy to open trade routes. And Takasians would really love to go to the warmer south for a break - if the price is right. Why don't we have a 'New Delfos Tourism Year' in Takasia, and a Takasian one in your country? A bit of promotion should help.

"As for the planes.. hm... Just keep it on the agenda. We do not have any MiGs now, so it might actually be more difficult to maintain for us. By the way, what kind of resources do you have for trade?" Now both are served the famous Takasian caviar as snacks.

*makes a pause on the speech to eat more caviar snacks, meanwhile, tele-message beeps in Yarkin Fajahomed's suitcase*

ambassador: "hm this working already? they'r fast!"

*opens the suitcase and, instad of a normal suitcase, this contained a plasma screen on one side and some digital keyboard on the other*

ambassador: "your highness, wanna know something funny? this suitcase is the key for New Delfos' diplomacy, for years we'r studying video-conference and satellite video-calls, this is the way of the future!"

*the screen switches on after ambassador, some face came on of an high prestige air force general or something*

NDAF general: "Temos o catálogo que pediu, fizemos uma listagem extensiva dos aviões que temos, inactivos e activos, e do local de produção. hey...quem é este?"

ambassador: "Este..é o rei Takas I, podes falar à vontade, estava só a mostrar isto a ele, fala em inglês, as notícias são para ele também"

*ambassador Fajahomed leans to Takas I and whispers* "This is our New Delfos Air Force General, he's reporting the catalog i required"

NDAF general: "erm..Hello your highness Takas the 1st, i'm reporting that we accomplished to build a catalog´of our aircraft, it has info of where it's built and where the factory is, also Time times Cost of building a new craft. We did not applied any monetary cost on them because we do not sell our crafts, but maybe Ambassador Yarkin Fajahomed can work something out about trading them for other aircrafts, we are very short on bombers of any kind.." ambassador: *cough* "You were not asked to make any suggestion to your highness King Takas, please send the data and disconnect." NDAF general: "im sorry sir, here's the data."

*screen flashes a pop-up flashing "DATA LINK, SATELLITE DEFENSE CHECKING, NO INTERFERENCE, COMMENCING DOWNLOAD FROM SOURCE *ndafhq*, DOWNLOAD COMPLETE, COMMENCING UPLOAD TO *fajahomed*, UPLOAD COMPLETE, SATELLITE DEFENSE CHECKING, DATA LINK OFF" all this in 10 seconds*

ambassador: "For Allah! This is fast! Heres the catalog, have a look"

The ambassador got on the pre-arranged limosine, and headed towards the Embassy Complex on Embassy Boulevard.

ambassador: "driver? take me to the airport, it'll be quick, keep the engine running"
driver: "sure, whatever you say"

after arriving to the airport, ambassador Yarkin Fajahomed stepped out of the limo fast and got in the hurry to the airfield.

driver: "what is he thinking?! im not payed to go around!"

Yarkin ran to Birkov's Fortress, stepped in the door without notice finding the pilots in the cargo hold, drunk and sleeping.

ambassador: "WHAT IN THE NAME OF ALLAH ARE YOU TWO THINKING! WAKE UP YOU LOUSY MAHARA SAND SNAILS!"
pilots: "what what? oh welcome back sir! is it to drive you home already?!"
ambassador: "What are you thinking? Im staying, i need you 2 to unload the 1st 2 boxes, then use the video-conference screen, they made it running today, got a transmission already."
pilots: "it worked? we heard on the news that it blew off!"
ambassador: "glad it worked, we dont have to fund the Tech Ministery more. now up up, upload the cargo!"
pilots: "yes sir, wait outside please"

pilots unloaded the cargo

pilot A: "damn heavy boxes, what do they have inside?"
pilot B: "how the hell i know, all i know is they are important to the government, or else they wouldnt ask us to fly this plane around the world filled with wooden boxes with more black sealed boxes inside"
pilot A: "hey, how do you know about the black sealed boxes?"
pilot B: "erm...dont tell anyone, i sneaked"
pilot A: "thats how you do it Goryiev! haha! i sneaked too hahaha!"

the pilots lauched for a bit till...

ambassador: "what are you laughing at?"
pilots: "ahh... nothing, just something funny we remembered."
ambassador: "right, im sleepy, i need to go, i'll ask the airport authorities to take those boxes to my suite in the embassy complex, see you both."
pilots: "goodbye"

ambassador still said when leaving "dont forget to check your orders!"

Airport information center (good looking girl): "Good Evening sir, how may i help you?"
ambassador: "I'v some cargo on the airfield, i need a transport for them to the New Delfos suite on the embassy complex"
(girl): "I will ask for the authorities to take charge of that, can you tell the name where it should be adressed?"
ambassador: "yes, Ambassador Yarkin Fajahomed, and your name?"

girl makes a flushed smile: "Im on duty sir, my name is suposed to be Airport Information Center, but you can call me Lainna."
ambassador: "Nice to know you Lainna, you know where im staying. The boxes are those big wooden ones there." *points to the wooden boxes in the middle of the airfield parking* "See you soon."

the pilots returnt to the Birkov Fortress after a few more drinks, and switched the video-conference device.

Pilot A: "It has signal..."
Pilot B: "no way! this is cool!"
Pilot A: "hey do you have that lil paper with the login password?"
Pilot B: "no..i ate it, didnt you?"
pilot A: "I did, but i dont recall the password"
pilot B: "and you expect me to know? you'r the one that was supposed to know"
pilot A: "I guess thats why they gave the password to both of us!"
pilot B: "alright alright, let's go sleep anyway, i wouldnt fly at night even if it was Boyenivish himself waiting for us in the other side"
pilot A: "right, tomorrow morning we'r going to the embassy, Yarkin must know the password, i go sleep in the airport's fluffy chairs"

ambassador: "im sorry for the delay, had some issues to attend, back to the embassy complex please"
driver: "no problem, whatever you say" says the driver with sleepy voice.

the door rings, the doorman guard opens the door, two guys were at the front.
doorman: "Who are you?"
pilots: "We'r the Birkov Fortress pilots, we need to see the ambassador of New Delfos."
doorman: "is this urgent?"
pilots "Yes, we need something that only the ambassador can give us, that something gone miss since last night, we need it, so please can you call the ambassador?"
doorman: "one moment, let me ask him if he allows this" closes the door, goes to the intercom of the ambassador's room: "Sir? Are you awake? There's two pilots on the front of this embassy asking to speak with you, they want you to give them something"
ambassador: "erm yes! let them in, i'll be ready in a moment!"
the doorman gone back to the door, "You can come in." "Thank you" said the pilots.

while they were entering, a beautiful woman was dressing up in the lobby, she was in a hurry, and then it hit the pilots "oh my god, it's the girl from the information center of the airport, Fajahomed you lousy bastard" both laughed for some time while the girl rushed out.

Ambassador Fajahomed: "Shouldn't you both be out of here yesterday?"
Pilot A:"Im sorry sir, we had a situation, and seems so did you, sir." both pilots laugh
ambassador: "Very funny, but you must agree with me, she's hot!"
pilot B: "She sure is."
ambassador: "What can i help you with?"
Pilot B: "well..we ate the passwords, now we cannot remember them, we thought that maybe you could have a password for us."
ambassador: "you mean you missed yesterday's time for you to comunicate? how can you be the Birkov Fortress pilots when you screw up like this!"
pilots: "im sorry sir, but we need that password"
ambassador: "i'll see what i can do, let me contact the NDAF staff"

few minutes later
ambassador: "I wrote in this lil paper, hope you both learn it, this is the new password. NDAF staff couldnt belive the story i told about you, so you better explain them better. You know it now?"
pilots: "yes sir, thank you sir"

Ambassador Fajahomed gave them the paper with password and told: "Now eat it! I gotta get to Summer Palace in Costa del Sol. See you both, farewell." He picked his suitcase and called a cab to the palace.
ambassador: "This cabs are comfy, to Summer Palace in Costa del Sol please"
driver: "Are you an ambassador?"
ambassador: "cant you tell? yes i am"
driver: "Then it's free, i'll drive you there."

The pilots arrived the airport, entered the Birkov Fortress and sat on their seats to activate the VCCS(Video-Conference Comunication Screen).
Pilot A: "This time we got in, man this is cool"
Pilot B: "Finally, now check for orders"
Pilot A: "Connecting to NDAF center"
NDAF staff: "Hello, welcome, you have new orders, let me pass to your responsable."
Pilot A: "Sure get on with it."
NDAF general: "Good morning pilots, your orders came straight from the top, are you ready to listen?"
Pilot A: "Yes sir!"
NDAF general: "You have to pick Yuri Papovish at Varkour international airport, he's there as civilian, then fly to Gallipoli-China PIUC International Airport, use Gate 3. Did you understand?"
Pilot A: "Yes sir! Understood."
NDAF general: "This is very important, you will meet more NDAF staff that came to Varkour with Yuri, now go."
Pilot A: "Got it sir! We'r on our way" and disconnects VCCS.
Pilot A: "Tower, this is Birkov Fortress, Tu-95, request take off straight away."
Tower: "Permission granted, please move to runway 7C"
Pilot A: "Understood"
Pilot B: "We'r ready, ask for go."
Pilot A: "Tower, this is Birkov Fortress, Tu-95, clear for take off."
Tower: "Skies are clear for the moment, you have your go"
Pilot A: "Here we go the, have a nice day."
Tower: "Copy, have a nice day."

Ambassador Yarkin Fajahomed arrived to the palace.
ambassador: "Where can i meet King Takas?"
waiter: "Im not sure sir, he might be in his office, just upstairs"
ambassador: "Thank you"
Yarkin climbed up, when he reached to the doorm, he knocked: "King Taka? Your highness? This is Ambassador Yarkin Fajahomed from New Delfos. Are you there?"

While in a hurry, the ambassador must not have noticed that it is no office. It was unsure how he got passed the security and went to the wrong block - anyway, Takasia is not the most secure place in Taijitu.

The door opened, came the King's cousin, Prince Ivan Pabosky, stark naked.

The ambassador was taken aback, not knowing what to do, and then he found himself grabbed by the Prince. All of a sudden, the ambassador was taken into the room with the door locked....

In the office in the southern block, the King was getting impatient now.

ambassador Yarkin Fajahomed couldnt believe what was happening!

ambassador: "Take your hands off me!" said it loud enough so people nearby could hear." Pushed what he thought it was a naked stranger away, and opened a small cal at the bottom of the suitcase wich contained a button, he pressed the button and said "Stop! What the bloody hell are you doing!"

New Delfos NDAF Command Tower received the distress call, satellite gave the distress positions and soon the NDAF general was informed via VCS: "Sir?! We received a distress call from Ambassador Yarkin Fajahomed, he's in Takasia atm, sir."
NDAF general: "We have no time to loose, wake up the recon squadron. Tell them to not engage any threat, just check on the diplomat."
NDAF staff: "We got it sir." dialed something on the digital board: "Kujsk Air Force Base? We have an emergency for the 1st Recon Squad: We have a distress call from Takasia, you will not engage, i repeat, you will not engage with any vessel, just check on the diplomat, coordinates are uploaded to your on-board VCS. Understood?"
1st Recon Squad Leader: "Understood, on our way!"

King Takas I was shocked when he received the telegram. He already sensed what had happened. "It must be Ivan again, tricked my guests to his room! Raping an ambassador is way too much!" he thought, "Gotta break into his room again!"

"Kurva!" The King could not control his temper any more, "Get the ambassador and the bastard here, instantly!

"Have you already asked those Delfians to stop operation?

The King, looking at the terrified ambassador, finally broke the silence, "We sincerely appologize for the incidence."

NDAF squadron leader: "Varkour airspace control, this is NDAF R1 leader of the operation, we were odered to make recognition on personal in Takasia territory, permission for airspace transiction."

As soon he ended his transmission to Varkour airspace control, his VCS pops up saying "HIGH PRIORITY MESSAGE". He linked the VCS and general Boris Janovisk had a worried looking in his face.

general Boris Janovisk: "Abort mission immediately, turn back and land on the carrier, this mission is susteined for now."
NDAF recon squad leader: "Roger that, All pilots: abort mission, turn back, fly to vega waypoint and meet up in the carrier." he linked VCS to radio control: "Varkour airspace control, this is NDAF R1, cancel last request, we are not entering Varkour airspace, U turn in motion. Sorry for the trouble and have a nice day."

Meanwhile the Ambassador Yarkin Fajahomed was still very terrified with the happening, after calming down he said to the nearby waiter: "Could you get me a glass of water please? ah and some of those caviar snacks too." He looked at naked stranger like if he couldnt believe he was still there. "Can anyone explain me what happened? And who is this abuser!? And i also warn you i sent an emergency signal to our central thought VCCS, you better tell them this is over!"

A couple days after the incident, and some coverage on the tabloid, journalists from Takasia and New Dalfos swamped at the Embassy Complex in St. Takasburg.

"What has actually happened that morning? What triggered the air force mobilisation?" the ambassador probed.
