This declaration has been made for 3 reasons.
1. The deaths of Royal Blood killed by Terrazaci tribesmen.
2. Terrazac's constant insolence to Ryazania and the United Imperium.
3. The Terrazaci people have been ruled heretics by the Myrorian Catholic Church.
In the state of danger that exists, The Seven Kingdoms of Ryazania have declared total war, sparing no power at its disposal.
The Seven Kingdoms of Ryazania offer these terms of surrender for Terrazac.
1. The coasts of Terrazac shall be given to the United Imperium.
2. The Terrazaci government shall become to the Myrorian Catholic Faith.
3. Terrazac gives up its archaic socialist law and becomes a capitalist nation.
If these terms of surrender are not accepted, the following actions shall ensue.
1. Seizure and occupation of all Terrazac for the United Imperium.
2. Executions of all Terrazaci leaders.
