Breaking Story! Peace In Annabe!
This is Lestor Lupin, 6 o'clock news. Today is a wonderful day for Princess Jordan Artorion and the rest of Canada. The beloved princess has been declared the new Queen of Annabe. The Emperor and the Princess will be arriving in the capital of Annabe any minute now. The coronation will be set for 8 o'clock tommorow. Delegations from all over the world will be arriving to see the new queen take her throne. The princess is a beloved person to the lower classes in the Empire of Canada. She has done so much work for the poor and homeless. This will indeed be her biggest challenge. She must take Annabe, a country who has experienced anarchy for such a long time and turn it into a proud nation once more. All our hopes and prayers go with the soon-to-be queen.
Chancellor Yuri von Hessian was in the capital of Annabe or as many of the Canadian politicans are saying, Quebec City. This devolpment of the return of government to Annabe happened surprisingly quickly. He sat in the old government building, and the soon-to-be Annabe (Quebecois) Parliament. He was surprised. In a few short months, the Empire of Canada went from a war-torn country to a growing empire. His country helped avert a disatorous war. That took guts. Now Jordan will be Queen of her own country. She will make her brother proud. All ready, delgations from other nations were coming into the building to meet the Chancellor before the coronation tommorow.

To the Ambassador of DCL
"You have been invited to attend the coronation of Princess Jordan Artorion as a guest. Please arrive...."
Not moment after he attend the signing of the the Canadian-Loyalist Trade Treaty and lunch with the Chancellor, he got back home to find a gold pattern invitation on his desk. To a big political event nevertheless.
He went out to town the morning after to get a suit and hair trim for the the occasion. His provisional money pocket felt a little light afterward...
He had four hours to go before the government arranged plane leaves for the Ville de Quebec, giving him time to pack his day provision for the ceremony. He stuff his old army satchel with a bottle of water and a camera Elis bought for him.
Good, all set....

"May I see your invitation sir" one of the boarding staff ask him.
"Here it is..."
"Everything looks good, enjoy your flight Ambassador."
"I will, thank you."
Once inside the plane, he put his satchel in the overhead compartment and took his seat. He saw more invited guest were filing in. Jade wonder if Chancellor Yuri was boarding this plane as well?

The Victory of Mercury. That was the name of the private jet the Lord Protector of the Commonwealth, Stephen Crofts. Usually he would travel by boat, but this was a spur of the moment occasion. Besides, with the Commonwealth at war with the DSA he wasn't sure the sea was the best way by which to travel.
With Canada in PI and the Yanks thrown out of Alabama in the States things were looking up.
Then, literally seconds after the Emperor of Canada had brought his nation into the PI fold, the PI nation of Myroria was setting up a puppet nation for the Emperor's sister to run. The Emperor and his sister had left New Beaconsfield in haste, and Crofts had followed. Destler was left in charge back in the Commonwealth.
Seeing as the Commonwealth, and Crofts himself, had risen do to the overthrow of the Emperor of Inglo-Scotia he felt a little uneasy attending the coronation of a Queen. Yet these were allies, and Crofts and the Commonwealth as a whole had lessened the anti-royalist sentiment since Myroria and the Commonwealth both joined PI. Monarchy was no longer a threat, as long as their flag flew under the white banner of the Pax Imperium. No doubt Annabe would join in due time.
Suddenly the LP was wrestled from his thoughts by the thump of the plane touching down in Quebec, the capital city of Annabe. The armed Major General guards who accompanied him on the flight over rushed to the front of the plane. Crofts stood up, straightened his black Field Marshal's uniform, adjusted the black beret on his head, and walked down the steps into the cool breeze of the Annabe climate, a little more chilly then it was back home.
He noticed soldiers wearing light blue uniforms rather then the traditional Canadian khaki.
"Annabe soldiers" the LP thought to himself.
A maroon limo sat waiting, with Commonwealth car flags.
"A Myrorian car" he thought to himself. There hadn't been any time to fly a black Commonwealth limo over.
He and the five MG guards accomapning him entered the car before driving off to the coronation.

Lukas Dvorak, the Takasian ambassador to Canada, has arrived at Quebec City from the Canadian capital. He greeted with Chancellor Yuri, and other Canadians guests that he knew.
(OOC: We could only send our ambassador, due to the current turmoil in our own country.)

Chancellor Yuri waited in the Annabe Parliament building when the first three arrivals showed up. One was the ambassador of Takasia, the second was Drillmaster Jade, and the last was the Lord Protector of Inglo-Scotia, Stephen Crofts.
"Welcome to Quebec City, Ambassador. Good to see you again, Drillmaster Jade. Perhaps we can have lunch in one of Quebec City's finest Chinese restuarants after the coronation. Lord Protector Stephen Crofts, you were my inspiration to overthrow the imperial government in Canada, but unlike you I almost succeeded. Emperor Paul I is a hell of a diplomat, if this country isn't evidence of that. Welcome to the Kingdom of Quebec."

Councilor Kein Swotten and NDNF General Ibris Ramalad arrived at Quebec escorted by two NDNF Fuzileiros (Marines) with elegant outfits matching General Ramalad. Greeted the Canadians and few friends stopping for chatting with CL Ambassador.
Councilor Swotten to Jade: "You look like Delfos' descriptions, is Elis around? I think our President convinced our military to give Elis a medal for services in Tagrsnet."

occ: ahh, yu guys posted before me. Just assume this was a few hours before...
"Sir, what is this?" the guard at the Annabe Provisional Airport ask Jade, as he was searching his satchel.
"It's a Wolfra blade, a gift from the Chancellor of the Loyalist Republic."
"I'm afraid you can't carry this with you to the coronation."
"What? But I have a permit for it! I always have it with me."
"Look, I'll keep this for you until you get back..."
"I don't see why I can't carry it, if the other delegates can have armed guards?"
"Sir, you're gonna to speak with my commander."
"Ah, fuc... alright, but keep it safe would you?"
"There's limo outside that entrance, it'll drive you to the coronation."
"Okay, can I have your name?"
"Sir, I'll be here when you get back.."
Moments later, he was in the limo, a little aggravated with the loss of his personal weapon. From the window, he could see a sinister looking fellow surrounded by a couple of tough-looking bodyguards. A lion insignia was stitch onto their uniform. Wonder which country? Jade thought.

Oh, so I guess I don't deserve a medal.....spotlight on Elis.
I'm afraid she's...occupy with a new career. But I'll relay this honour to her when I have the chance to go home.

Some nervous servant came to the guards and said he was asked to deliver a message to Princess Jordan Artorion. He gave them a letter and he was asked to continue his job. The letter was delivered to an officer.
«To: Princess Jordan Artorion» Didn't seem to harm anyone, the small letter was given to the princess and she opened it.
«Congratulations, your coronation is a mark in history, may your hand guide the people of Annabe in wisdom and compassion.
Supreme Father of the Black Scorpion Clan.»

Princess Jordan looked at the letter with wide eyes. Is this a threat or are they truly congratulating me? She pocketed the letter and walked out to mee the delegates. Best not mention this. This is my day. She met with the new arrivals. She shook the hand of Lord Protector Stephan Crofts. "It is a plaesure to meet you finally, Lord Protector. I'm sorry my brother and I showed up unexpected." She talked to the delegates from New Delfos and Chinese-Loyalist and the other delegates when her brother and Chancellor von Hessian went up to her. She hugged her brother. "You'll be a great Queen, little sister." Then Yuri bowed and kissed her hand. "Congratulations, milady. We will see the Kingdom of Quebec prosper under your rule."

"Excuse me for a second...I'll be back." he left the two Delfians and walked up get a better look at the future-Queen. He took out his camera and snapped a photo. That's one for the scrap book albums...

Emperor Paul I was given a letter from a servant. He took it and thanked the man. He read it slowly. Then he turned to his sister and the Chancellor. "I must leave on important business to Winnipeg. I'm sorry, little sister. I won't be here for your coronation. But all of the Empire of Canada's prayers go with you. Yuri will stay here to represeant Canada." Hugging his sister, he left. The other guests wondered where the Emperor was going. Chancellor Yuri looked at the guests. "Everyone to their seats, lets get this coronation started."

Aboard the "Bicolour", the King's personal train (the track provided by Imperial Rail, the premier Arda railroad company), were Meneldur, his entourage, and the Queen Mother, Fredrika.
Aboard a particularly less flamboyant train, with no name, and a simple grey coloring (But the same track, provided by Imperial Rail), was the former King of Myroria, under guard. Both trains turned into the Annabe countryside, and pulled into the capital city shortly later. The former Imperial Family met and headed to the coronation. Meneldur whispered nonchalantly to his father.
"You're pardoned. Now, let's go to the coronation."
They stepped into a single limosuine now, in the same maroon-and-cream color scheme as the Bicolour, and were driven off, as the King's prison train and grey sedan went the other way.

The plane touched down with ease and docked into its place. Out of the door from the docking station came a woman in Ozian Priestess Robes. She was seen to be in her late 20s as she lowered her hood. Her escorts were Lanaepiro. For most of the Lanaepiro it was the first time they stepped out of Divine Ozia to escort an important person, but the Sancta had refused to use Mafia soldiers as escorts as they customarily did.
A person of the coronation awaited them and escorted them to their ride to the coronation. Priestess Ada Velerkov looked at her ride, it was a car that seemed to be stretched. What a strange car these southerners have...
"Your limousine 'mam"
The limo driver opened the door for her and she and her guards traditionally armed only with Ozian traditional blades got in and went to the coronation.

Chancellor Yuri took his seat just when the Myrorian Imperial Family and a Ozian Priestess walked into the coronation. Yuri signalled for the Myrorians to sit next to him. He smiled and lowered his head to the Ozian, who did the same. When the Myrorains sat down, one shook the hand of the Chancellor. "I am Meneldur. I was hoping to see the Emperor here, but where is he?"
Chancellor Yuri smiled. "He is in Winnipeg getting married to a half-Feye. But he sends his best wishes. After the coronation, I want to talk to you about the business in the DSA."

Music started to play as Jordan made her way down the aisle. Eyes turned and looked at her. She was dressed in a light purple dress. Behind her walked eight of the new Annabe soldiers. So many people are here to see me crowned? I can't be more nervous. But I won't show it. They were dressed in the same uniform as the Canadian soldiers, except her's were in light blue. She walked up to the throne and knelled. The Bishop of Annabe picked up the crown. But instead of placing it on her head he said. "Will you solemnly promise and swear to govern the Peoples of Quebec, formerly the nation of Annabe, according to it's respective laws and customs?
Jordan breathed deeply. So it begins. "I solemnly promise so to do.
Bishop: "Will you to your power cause Law and Order, in Mercy, to be executed in all your judgements?"
Jordan: "I will."
Will you to the utmost of your power maintain the unity of this Kingdom and defend it in times of need and war? Will you maintain the Church of Quebec and preserve unto the Bishops and the Church there sommitted to their charge, all such rights and privilieges? Will you understand the need of your people and help in anyway you can?
Jordan: All this I promise to do. The things which I have here before promised, I will perform and keep. So help me God."
The Bishops carefully placed the crown on Jordan's head and moved out of the way so she could take her place on the throne. As she sat down the Bishop said. "All Hail Queen Jordan Artorion, Queen of Quebec. May she rule well."

Chancellor Yuri stood up and clapped loudly. So it begins, the reign of Queen Jordan.. The clapping Myrorians looked at the Chancellor and smiled. Queen Jordan put up her hand and the crowd silenced themselves. She stood up. "As my first act as Queen of Quebec, I will help defend the sovereingty of Soveriegn Dixie. I will be sending the newly created Royal Quebecois Army to the Western Front to aid the Confederates and the Canadians already fighting there." She sat back down and the crowd cheered.
