The Man just smiled looking down at his hapless victim, He started then to cut into her face removing parts of her cheeks and suckling on their flavor letting the blood run down his face. Time continued as he kept cutting off pieces of the flesh of his victim. He laughed grinned and moaned at the pleasure he was receiving from her hell. Soon his arousal at the events was very viable.

He pulled his knife blood covering his face and cut a large section of her bosom out the girl barely moved so deadened to the pain. He looked down knowing he had to act fast as soon his victim would die from just blood lost. He leaned forward a cold look coming across his face “Now ill take one more bite”

Moving his mouth to her neck her relaxed his jaw... with a flash he sunk his teeth into her neck tearing her throat free from her body and letting her soul finally leave.

After a few pitiful gurgles the girl finally passed away ending her hell. He stood laughing as he let the blood run down his tung. “Now just one girl left... lets have some more fun”

With that the tape ended...

The LT's face red with anger stood “That man will die by my hands...”

Two weeks after the tape arrived. The LT. Had tracked down his target to a small warehouse on the outsides of the city of Helonophs. Him and about 20 tactical officers were preparing to storm the building.

“Men I am giving authorization to bring down the men in side their with any force needed, it does not matter if they are unarmed or begging for mercy, treat all as enemies of the state. Only stipulation is leave the dirty mother fucker in charge to me. I want to deal with him”

The LT. Rested an armor piercing rifle on his back and gave the order to advance...

With that the force rushed, bursting open the front door men moved in letting off small burst of fire from their weapons dropping the men and woman working on the drugs in the wear house. Moving with skill and hatred they flooded down the building. Killing the workers guards and all other they found in the building with out so much as a word. The LT. Sent his men down the main hall to the offices of the ware house he broke off down a side entrance.

The men moved down killing three outfit hit men that were defending the office, as they approached a rain of bullets ripped out of the office cutting two officers to pieces. From the office a blood thirsty laugh eliminated. Walking slowly holding a personal mini-gun some how gained in the Irnotian black market stood their target. Identified as Mafio Danny Bergani, a ruthless leader of the outfit who was in charge of human trafficking that was seen as one of the most violent men in the organization. His office was covered with ammo and weapons as the long chain of bullets rattled off towards the law men.

“Come on piggies come to the slaughter... Ill turn your flesh in to a steak to dine on tonight.”

He began to laugh spraying more fire as a massive noise erupted from a side hall, he shrieked as an armor piercing ran cut through both his arms sending him flying back as the bullet erupted into the side of the office...

The LT. Walked forward holding the massive rifle looking at the man squirming on the ground both arms blown off. He looked down at the man “You are with out a soul beast”

With that he pulled out his personal pistol and double tapped two rounds into the mans head. Ending his vile existence.

On the LT. Order the Mafio's estates were raided and his men captured and tortured to bring any information in relation to his ring to the light. This was not the greatest prize to be had by this... two days latter a girl was found in one of Bergani's homes tied beaten and rapped.

The LT. Walked into the room where the girl was being carried for.. “Hello... I'm here to protect you...”

The LT. Stood with pride next to the Imperator Vibius and Immortal Imperium Lucius on his other side was a small girl wearing a dress holding his hands and putting her face into his leg. The Imperium spoke with pride “Today with the full support of the Senatus and the Imperator I'm glade to announce something that will be a great gift to all people of the three tribes.

Many of you have heard of the horrors being discovered by our great police force. These vile things that the criminal group known as the outfit is capable of. I have my own children my daughter Lina and my son. From this day forth This brave man here will become the Leader of a new branch of the NPF. The Heinous Crime Unit, they will focus on tracking down the most vile and sick criminals that exist in this world. I know he will be a great leader for this group and with pride I welcome him as a close friend from this day forth.”

With eruptions of applause the Ceremony comes to and end, the LT. Turns leading the girl with him into the new building he would run the  HCU out of.

He tapped on the shoulders of the girl “Alex... this is where I will make sure no one ever has to suffer what you did. Now go find your new brother and play, I have some work to do”

She nodded shyly and ran off to look for her new brother, as she ran she looked up at a tall Firian man who walked in. As he left the Man spoke up “ Hey Auluis, looks like your really moving, leader of a new branch of the NPF, Thats impressive”

The LT. Laughed as he looked as his god friend and long time partner in the police force “yea.. and the paper work is almost done to let me adopt that girl from the care. Things are looking up, what about you Louie, you thought about my offer to come work for me? It wouldn't be right not having you around, I trust you with my life, I need you by my side”

Louie gave a weak smile as his friend talked to him “yea... i know... Ill come work for you. Sounds fun”

Its been two months since the creation of the HCU. In that time Auluis Asilus had engineered more take downs of illegal sex trade and slave rings then had happened in the last 5 years. Leaning back in his desk he pushed away the pictures of another target. These people were sick but he had to deal with them. If nothing else but to keep his promise. Looking down he saw the smiling face of Alex, he had officially adopted her but decided to have her keep her old name. So what it would show that he had adopted a Girian, he didn't care.

As he looked he heard a door open behind him, he didn't look to see who it was he was thinking about his plans after work. “Hello, who is it?”

“Sorry”

With that Auluis fell forward, blood coming out of his head where the bullet from the assassins gun had entered. Walking forward his friend Louie looked down at his work. He put the silenced gun back in his holster, reached up and closed his friends eye “I'm sorry... I was... I had no choice...”

Turning around slowly, Louie left as Auluis blood dripped onto the floor.

The funeral of Asilus, the first leader of the HCU. Present were many grieving friends and family. Including his best friend and his two children, one of blood and one of heart. His son walked to the grave of his father, next to him his girlfriend just looked indifferent at the grave of the dead officer. He placed on it a flower and turned towards his adopted sister "Well it seems bringing you into the family ended his life. I never want to see you again you black angel of death..."

He walked away towards a waiting car, Alex just started to cry.

Hours latter she was standing alone holding a box of things her brother didn't want looking at the grave. Rain came down in great sheets but she did not move. She didn't notice a man walking up to her till he placed a hand on her shoulder. "Hello Alex. You must have alot of rage in you. You want to find the man who did this, who took everything from you."

She looked up, her eyes red from tears to the mans masked face. She nodded softly, the man laughed at this "Well then, I have something for you to do then...."


ooc:the events with Alex, the tape story arc and the founding of the HCU took place 13-14 years before the current rp time line. Irnotian empires will now return to your previously started story arcs. Thank you.
