Title: Your favorite kind of sandwich
Post by: Eientei on August 24, 2007, 04:55:20 AM: You might think this is a silly topic for a thread, but think about it a little more. Isn't a good sandwich one of the best things life has to offer us? Tuna on a baguette that's been soaked in olive oil, a good meatball sub, a well-made shrimp po' boy. Those are great. What are your favorites?

Post by: Allama on August 24, 2007, 03:15:51 PM: As for me, I'm partial to a nice pita bread wrap with hummus, bean sprouts, tomato, lettuce, cucumber, red peppers, and black olives.

BLT's are fantastic, also, though I always hold the mayo. Grilled chicken with a number of assorted toppings and/or sauces tend to fuel my appetite, and I adore chickensteaks with hot sauce and hot peppers.

Now I'm hungry again.

Grate cheese into a bowl, mix in a little tomato ketchup, spread and munch.
