Look, I don't think constitutional change is necessary here.

Firstly, the power to eject already belongs to the Delegate (the person) and not the Founders by the Constitution; the Delegate having the Founder Nation do it is equivalent, just better in terms of influence.

Secondly, the Delegate is already constitutionally required to follow Senate Law on the matters of ejection. If the Senate were to make a law that further restricted ejections, they would be further restricted. If you read the law they are currently only somewhat restricted. Simply changing that law around a bit would be enough for your purposes.

I like the flexibility of the current system which gives the Senate great power to change things around. I'd prefer to leave it that way.

So there's no rule on someone being ejected for any other reason than "disorderly conduct" or the equivalent?
