The Republican and Democratic party are both full of retards. I say let the religious right have the republican party, and all the stigma that comes along with it, and let the libertarians form a real and viable third party...

Anyone here remember Ross Perot?

This nations biggest fuck up was not electing him president. Instead we got Bill get-my-cock-sucked-and-lie-about-it Clinton and his Femnazi hag of a wife.

If that bitch gets elected, I'm starting a second secession! :P

We already have. The Libertarian Party is the biggest third party, and has had many of its candidates get in third place, which is good when you consider they only got beat by the main parties.

PAUL: I believe very sincerely that the CIA is correct when they teach and talk about blowback. When we went into Iran in 1953 and installed the Shah, yes there was blowback. The reaction to that was the taking of our hostages, and that persists. And if we ignore that, we ignore that at our own risk. If we think we can do what we want around the world and not incite hatred, then we have a problem. They don't come here to attack us because we're rich and we're free, they come and attack us because we're over there. I mean what would we think if other foreign countries were doing that to us?

I may not agree with a lot of Ron Paul's politics, but I absolutely have to respect the man.  Brave and forthright, he most certainly is.

Succession? :P

I think that, assuming the states have a majority in their state that wants to secede, they should be able to. I've always found it funny that when we seceded over some unrepresented seats, it was fighting for freedom, but when the South wants to secede because their rights are being infringed on, it's racist revolutionism.

FYI, there was a rumour that during the Civil War Maine would separate from the Union and join Canada ;D

We should have. At least Canada would acknowledge our existance.
