When we first installed the board, there were only three themes (known as skins on IF forums). Recently I've installed several new ones. To get to them and see what suits you best do the following:
1. Click Profile on the upper toolbar.
2. Once you get to your profile, you should see your avatar and stuff. On the left toolbar of this screen, click Look and Layout Preferences.
3. Once you are there, do you see "Current Theme: [insert theme here] (change)"? If you do, click change. Then, choose a skin/theme.
Any questions?

Couldnt decide which one I wanted. I liked the layout of one theme but hated the colors or vice versa. LOL I ended up choosing the "Hard Metal theme, but I doubt I'll keep it for long, its one of those themes where I like the layout, but not the colors.
Braided Blu now. The Metal theme seemed to have a few quirks/bugs in it.

Myro, can you guess what theme Eluvatar selected? ;)
-
I CAN! I bet I can guess Myro's theme too.
-
Ooo, I'll check those out later on!
-
Ok, guess.

Must be Arcane Magic or Manuscript. Probably manuscript because they have fancy letters that you like.
-
I used that at first, but I decided not to and now I use the "woody" theme.
-
I'm sticking with Default for now ;)
Much too busy to bother thinking about stuff, and it's most important that there aren't horrible issues with it as it's Default :)
-
Default has grown on me but I havent checked out the others yet.

I'm sticking to default. It looks the most professional. ;D
Speaking of themes, what theme do you use on your FireFox, Elu? I saw it ona couple of screenshot that you took and I think that I might have fallen in love. :D

I just use the Fedora overall theme-- all of my applications look pretty much like that :)
(I use Fedora Core 6 Linux :) )

I am using Lord of the Rings. It is nice and easy on the eyes.
