Hi everyone, this is my first post.  I just wanted to let everyone to know that I beat the Halo 3 single player campaign yesterday and yes, I feel special.

I really anted this to be a thread about mashed potatoes... I saw the topic and as thrilled to see that this neglected issue was finally getting some time in the sun.

I like mashed potatoes but just with gravy. I know some people who mix all sorts of stuff in like it's a baked potato, I just think that's weird. Any thoughts?

I like sour cream mashed in along with the potatoes, gives them a nice zing. Get some garlic and some cheese in there as well and it's awesome. Or what is also nice is to form stiff mashed potatoes, bread and fry them and it makes mashed potato dumplings  :clap: :D :clap: Viva flavour!

I looooove sour cream and butter on baked potatoes with a nice steak and lobster!   :D

Baked potato skins filled with garlic mashed potatoes and chedder and green onions and bacon bits, with sour cream on top!!  *drools*

I did not intend to beat it one sitting, nay I wanted to enjoy it piece by piece.  But that sort of thing is impossible with this game.  It sucks you in.  That and the fact that it is only 9 levels long :-P

As far as mashed 'taters go, I prefer mine with cheese mixed in.

I can't stand gravy.  Mashed potatoes are good enough with a little butter, salt and pepper.  But I prefer baked potatoes over mashed.

see, I don't like cheese in mashed potatoes. On straight up baked just give me salt and butter yummy
