I'm logging on mIRC and join #taijitu, and there is noone there. I go to #tnp, one person there. I go to #werebot, noone there. It says there was a network split, but I don't know which server to get on now. Anyone know what's going on?

Just wait a bit and rejoin.

Netsplits are unfortunate but they do occur every so often. Nothing to worry about, just inconvenient waiting for it to sort out.

How 'bout someone would actually join the channel, eh?

I am always connected to the channel. When I am "Eluvatar|Away" I am certain not to be actually present, but will reply later to queries.

Yeah, but it's not really too encouraging for visitors to see only the two of us or only you there. :P
No offense. ;)

:D could be worse. i know the feeling. perhaps we should really make some efforts and use irc as a tool meant to bring people closely together in Taj.

Slogan: "IRC - it's a tool made by tools for tools! Tool!"

Maybe just missed it, but on which of the dozens irc servers in existence is the channel located anyway?
