Yes, you read it correctly. Govindia, aka Ramaba, is running for delegate of The North Pacific. Admittedly his reputation is spotty at best, but that doesn't stop the enthusiastic young politico from campaigning. This reporter was fortunate enough to observe this master orator in The North Pacific's IRC channel, #tnp.
