"Oops, sorry!" my main character said as he bumped into someone else's on the street.  Though this was the only contact they ever had, it counts as a connection.

Yeah. But I´ll have to make my technology very expensive and to limit my population strongly...or don´t you think that elsewere masses of demon conjurating warmages on flying destroyers would reign the world elsewere?

Althoug, I´d really like a campaign with some people getting together on such a ship and doing piratery against enemy countries...
