I created a Facebook account just to see what you guys were talking about, and I figure I might as well join this crazy 'group' thing you've got going on here.

I have Facebook, but I can't actually look at any profiles or groups on facebook.com.  If someone is in a university group so the address is something like "eastern.facebook.com" I can peek, but otherwise I am blind as a proverbial bat.  Thanks, work network filter!  ::)

P.S. If someone who's name I don't recognize adds me, I have no way to find out who it is if you're on a regional network and will most likely reject.  Send me a message with your forum name so I know who you are, please!

I think I've added then all but two members of that group: TCM/Amy, and Solnath, both of which have their requests as pending.

Sadly, I cannot join the group.  I have over 1100 groups and it won't let me join anymore unless I drop to 199 or less :(

Not anymore, now that Facebook seems to be open to people without .edu addresses.
