im a hell ya! only 3 more days and its finally here! but im going to miss the good ol halo 2 :'(

ya, all those days of red v blue were awsome... but you can always play halo 2 over again, and i want to see how the master chief "finishes this fight".

There is only one thing I agree with Jack Thompson on, and that is that Halo 3 is a nuisance. I played the original on pc which was supposedly better than the Xbox version, and I didn't like it one bit. I'm really starting to get tired of hearing about Halo 3 everywhere I go  >:(

If it flops on Gamespot, I will laugh my guts out :P

I'm tired of hearing about Halo 3, also. They're not even that good, Morrowind (Especially Morrowind), Oblivion, and Half-Life are superior in every way.

The story for Halo sucks, the gameplay sucks cock even more, and only noobs play Halo...

I don't have a 360, but even if I did, I'd pass on Halo 3.  That game is the definition of over-hyped, and I'm sure it's just more of the same old tired crap we saw in the first two Halos.

no videogame system at all. so no i am not buying it. and even if i had a 360, i wouldn't waste my money on a FPS. now Eternal Sonata, theres a game for ya.

One of the most overrated series ever.  Seriously, if you have a 360 (which I don't) you should be playing Bioshock.  Forget Halo 3.

No, I need not buy it. My neighbors (read: dorm room next door) got it @ 12:30 the night of it's debue, and have already beaten it on Legendary.

ya, i saw that on youtube, so did the war end? he destroyed a couple more rings, then all of a sudden he freezes himself (or at least i think he did) and says to make her wake him later... WTF!

You'll find a 5% drop in the amount of money you have to send in for your taxes per 30 dollars you donate but does not exceed 40% unless you donate 700 dollars in which case it turns into 90% per 700 dollars you send in which can only be done 5 times and will only last for 5 years. As long as it is in USD form Tai is acceptable.

I got Halo 3 on the launch and it's pretty fun. It's not like OMG better than Halo 2 but they improve a lot of stuff. Infection is really cool on multiplayer!

I agree with the guy earlier who said something about Bioshock though. It's a whole lot better.

Now would you kindly wire all of your finances into my private bank account?

Honestly, I've played the Halo games and think they're all pretty good. However, I think they are a tad bit overrated.

I almost beat it on Legendary. I was playing Co-op and the guy I was playing with got the achievement for beating it on Legendary and I got it for Heroic. I went back and found out I did the 5-7th missions on Heroic by accident and I've been too lazy to go back and finish it off.

I got halo 3, it goes back to it's roots of halo 1, big open levels, good story, actually finishes, Sarge and Miranda Keyes die, you find out the master chief is called john, and he doesn't die, if you complete the last level on legendary hes still alive in the bonus clip.

Anyone that's nerd enough finds out Chief's name is John long before Halo 3  ::)

I'm interested though to see what the Legendary ending was all about though....
