No, nothing inappropriate. It's the old promo ad for a Russian television network called BИD (romanized as Vid). It starts out with freakish industrial noise, and then moves to show the logo- a CGI stone head of a Chinese dude (forgot his name). And said stone head sports quite an ugly-looking face.

It's made worse if you see another video that's based on it (about 6 minutes long; forgot the name, and I'm too lazy to look it up.) You look at the face for about five minutes after there's screen commentary, and during the last five seconds, there's a caption that says "Pleasant dreams :)" followed by what can't even be described- just what appears to be a Chinese human with bug eyes and... (no jaw?) on the face of the stone head. And it is FREAKING TERRIFYING.
