I checked last night, when I read that on the Lex forum.  Krambania was in the Europa region.

Peace offer? I thought the official Lexicon line was "Some people are happier in other regions, you go with our blessing."?

I don't know who this Krambonia person is, or whatever the hell their name is. But, I'm tired of this crap popping up.
