Title: June 2013: Chief Justice Nominations

Under the Constitution the Delegate will be expected to nominate a Chief Justice no earlier than June 14th, to serve a term beginning June 28th. As usual, a two-thirds majority of the Senate is necessary to approve of the appointment of any Justice.

Not sure how to do that without a Senate, but maybe we'll have one.  :whip:
