May 2012: Chief Justice Nominations

Under the recently passed constitutional amendment, the Delegate will be expected to nominate a Chief Justice no earlier than May 18th, to serve a term beginning June 1st. As usual, a two-thirds majority of the Senate is necessary to approve of the appointment of any Justice.

I have spoken with Limi, and he may be willing to take on the position. I will, however, consider other candidates if I can't confirm this or the Senate doesn't approve of this choice.
