Title: Directive on Internal Affairs

I am hereby issuing a Directive on Internal Affairs (http://wiki.taijitu.org/wiki/Document:Directive_on_Internal_Affairs) which will establish guidelines for the responsibilities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the procedures for carrying them out. I invite everyone to read the directive, and to speak up if they find something questionable.
