Emergency Government I
« on: November 08, 2012, 07:57:37 AM »
Hello fellow taijituans,

It's with great care for the democracy and activity of this region that I feel forced to enact Emergency Government. The facts make it clear, we had absence of any authority of the Judicial Branch, our Legislative Branch is incomplete and inactive and therefore I see no other way out but to use the powers the People have seen best to overcome the deadlock on our region. Recently another member of the incomplete Senate had to resign and therefore leaves us with only 1 elected Senator therefore there's 2 vacancies. I shall initiate the Emergency Government to use the most democratic tools available to me in order to elect the remaining Senate members and, if afterwards still necessary, nominate someone to manage the Judicial Branch. I'm sure, due to our democratic and participative nature, taijituans will strive overcoming this difficult times. We will return the elected bodies to taijitu for a lawfully reform necessary to our system. I hope you all the best and participate in creating a better Taijitu.

May the Kittens be with you,
Delfos
Delegate of Taijitu

I, Delfos, Delegate of Taijitu, cease Emergency Government I in grounds that the Chief Justice has returned and the lawfully process can now be proceeded by the restored Justice Branch. Even if the bill is repealed, I believe the conditions are met to cease it.
