Stamps? What the actual fuck?

As far as the founder goes, that would have to be Gulliver or Elu, I don't have the pw anymore. Though, we could do fine w/o it honestly. More important is the ability to manage the bloody forums. Which, evidently, no one around seems to have lol

It's a new function to the game. You can purchase stamps to send massive amounts of telegrams to nations.

Ok, read the stamp thing. Doesn't seem like an issue, really. Seems like it only applies to mass TG's. Recruit the old fashioned way, and it won't be a problem.

Glad ya have admin. I don't recall if Founders were supposed to receive any particular masking, but can ya at least mask me as citizen?

Also, this way is a lot easier than the traditional way. There's a new way of doing recruitment telegrams that you have to do or you get in trouble, and I haven't done it in a long time so I forget how. I'm gonna go dig up the guide.
