Mr. Hanover, I will permit your region to establish an embassy here. When I tried to look at your regions forums, I joined them, but I was not permitted much information unless I applied for citizenship. I didn't do so, as i did not see it fit, seeing it as i'm not one of your members. Hopefully we can grow as two regions from our relationship. Thank you.
