I believe this to be over-legislating an aspect of regional control that should be at the disposal of the incumbent delegate and his government respectively if needed, an aspect for the founder kreis to intervene into. What if we need the WFE modified to better suit our needs? Will we have to amend a law? Shouldn't we add an incentive to have nations join the WA? Plus I needed glasses to read that damn code, one short-sighted wolf in the forums is enough.

Agreed.

This is over legislation at it's most absurd. I understand that it is important for the region to put it's "best foot forward" but if the Delegate and their cabinet cannot be trusted to formulate a simple WFE entry, then all is truly lost. Also, Regional Tags legislation? Unnecessary to say the absolute least. A one time self expiring law would have been marginally acceptable, this is not.

Adamantly AGAINST.

This has been defeated 5 to 4, with 1 abstaining. The threshold for referendums is now at least 6 voting.

Because 11 voted in this and 6 votes would win it? What happens if only 5 ppl vote in a next referendum?

It fails and the threshold is set to 3.

It fails and the threshold is set to 3.

Shouldn't the threshold not change if it doesn't get enough votes?

EDIT:
Quote from: constitution
# A referendum will be valid if a number of voters equal to at least half the number of voters in the last election or valid referendum participate.

Yeah...

Yes I unlocked it after you started having a whole discussion with PoD Gunner. Felt it was unfair to leave the non-admins out.
