Title: Vote: Amendment to Threshold for Petitions

Quote from: Amendment

Change Article 1, Section 4, Clause 3 of the Constitution to read "If a quarter of the number of voters who voted in the last election or  valid referendum sign the petition, a referendum will be held. "
