Voting will be Thursday September 20th through Sunday September 24th.

Amend Article 1, Section 2 of the Constitution of Taijitu to read:
9. All citizens will be guaranteed the right to participate in any election or referendum, so long as they are citizens when it opens.

As 6 is less than half of 13, this referendum is INVALID and the Constitution is NOT amended.
