Second. The Delegate election is supremely obvious, eight voted for Gulliver & towlie and one voted None Of The Above. Gulliver is elected Delegate, towlie is elected Lieutenant Delegate.
Third. The Senate Election. From CIVS, by clicking show details, one can obtain a list of the ballots, in random order:
