Q: How is the Delegate elected?
A: If we have 2 candidates only, we will simply hold a forum poll. If we have more than two candidates, we will hold a voting topic in which people shall post their vote in the following form:
1. Alice
2. Bob
3. Charlie
where the voter prefers Alice as Del. to Bob, and Bob to Charlie.
