Title: Elections Closed until December 1st

Since you all only become active during elections and it seems the only voting you do is for elections and nothing else.

I hereby close the government until December 1st and will continue to close the government until then if activity does not improve

Those who wish to run for Delegate must have had made at least 30 posts in this time period that aren't in forum games. That's less than one per day. Which is hardly active to say in the least.

If you all get angry and want to legitimately coup then that's activity in itself, so it's a win-win.

Elections open again if matters improve. If nothing happens I'll move the deadline to January 1st, then February and so on.

Honestly I'm not an activity fairy like all of you think, and now I have to be a mean asshole to give an incentive. Show effort and I will too.

The delegate has the right to suspend the constitution apparently.

I like the Ad Hoc government, I think we should officialize our Half-assed government with the "Ad Hoc Act" which pretty much says:

Article 1
We make as we go, the constitution is just a moral guidance which has no practical value under a regime without direction, without coordination, without functional administration.
