I hereby propose the following resolution, to be enacted as a self-deleting constitutional amendment:Quote from: Resolution1. There shall be elections for Delegate and to the Senate beginning Wednesday June 1, 2011 and ending Sunday June 5, 2011.4. No person shall be liable for having failed to hold elections in the past, as no one was around.
