First Centre Party Leadership Convention

Members of the Centre Party! We've got a place to call our own. We have a membership base. Soon we will have an open discussion to hash out a party platform.

What we need now, however, is a chairman. We will, soon after the drafting of a party platform, introduce a party constitution that will set forth a formal process for electing the chairman. Until then? We need an interim chairman.

It's all kind of up in the air, so I figured this selection process could be rather informal. So does anyone have any nominations?

My first order of business? I'll have a party charter outlining the basic organisation and mechanics of the party. By the end of the weekend I'll post a proposed party platform. We'll have an all-member discussion and debate on it until we come up with a platform that we all feel comfortable with. That shall be the first ever Centre Party Congress
