I am a player, who is about to be a ork player, but i need to know who else plays it. I am lonely in my Warhammer corner!

**Joins**

I walked into GW today and nearly cried at the fact I wouldn't be able to either a) afford or b) build/paint/use a baneblade.

It was so pretty and just sitting there giving me the puppy dog eyes.

Anyways...Foul Xenos will be crushed under the holy treads of the Imperial Guard.

Also by the massed volley fire, lance charge, and halberds of the Empire's finest.

And finally, the men of Gondor will cast your black hide back into Mordor from whence it came!

Yeah, i know. I looked at the Acpolyese thing, i i just wide eyed at that baneblade. could you imagine seeing how some eldar player watch there force blown to crap?!

Anyway, i got this idea in my head. What if i could use a ork Wartruck with the Imperial Guard? it would fit with my armys storyline,

Then they bring on their reaver titans. ><

And sure just Imperialise it a bit. Paint it up in proper camo and slap some Aquilas over it all.

I'd like to play Tau, but I have neither money nor time for Warhammer 40k.

ah, the tau. A rather shooty race. It has 30 in. range with its starned weapon. I think they look cool, but, i already have a cool army backround.

I own a Forge World baneblade, it took me almost a week just to trim the resin parts so they fit properly and then another day to clean them from chemical residues and assemble it and then around a week more to paint it.

The Forge World baneblade costs a lot more than the plastic one for apocalypse, it's heavier but it looks better imo.

Sure, let the Eldar bring out the reavers, answer with a squadron of shadowsword titan hunters and oblitterate the foul xenos!

For me it's currently Chaos undivided. It used to be the holy emperor of mankind though. I still have my Imperial Guardsmen intact and loyal to Him but that may change... in that case it's an entire armoured regiment that would turn over to the ruinous powers.

It's not in the new chaos codex anyway, I don't know if it will show up in the future though.
