I only saw the first episode, but there's a lot of truth in what goes on in an IT department.

Well that Slovakian guy always described his job pretty much like the series lol, allot of girls on his company ask him for stupid things that they cannot do. I bet it's a way to avoid work. "My Computer is broken, I'm waiting for the IT guy..."

But the series rock the hell of it, pity there's not more.

Its not that bad where I work, but I have wondered how some people are able to tie their shoes let alone use a pc.

doesn't seem a very demanding job, does it? If i get a company i won't have IT department lol "Either work well with the computer or get fired!"

Well we do a lot more than just take help desk calls.  Unless you're company only has a couple of people, you are going to need an IT department.  Help Desk calls are only a very small portion of what IT does.

yeah i know, but still that's not very demanding, they will only ask to set up stuff. My friend makes network systems and i think he has...development? he makes stuff like that.
