* Stands and addresses the room.

Hi.  My name's Alana and I watch Lost.

Crowd (unison): Hi Alana.

I've been clean for 4 days.  It's been hard so far.  I just keep wanting the next episode... just "one more", you know?

Personally, I feel no shame in watching Lost. Such great television should not be forced into the realm of guilty pleasures.

I watch Lost, and I'm proud!

Speaking of which, did you know there's a bunch of guys who write songs based on each episode?

No, I didn't.  O_o

We still don't know, Prag.  Something to do with the Darma Initiative, though I'm not sure if you watched far enough into the series to be aware of that.  J.J. Abrams just loves leaving you confused until the very end.  I'll be quite surprised if he ties absolutely every loose end into a neat little package when the series ends; confusion and unfinished business is what life is all about, sometimes, and he seems a big fan of that.

I think that with them knowing when the series is going to end they will try to tie up all the loose ends.

Why was there a polar bear in Tunisia?

And yes, I too, am a Lost addict.

I got serious Lost withdrawal problems when it switched to Sky from Channel4 in the UK and was shown at a later time in the evening >:( But now I just download every episode to my computer and watch it before it screens here :)

Honestly, I'm not a fan. Which is surprising. I tend to like shows that centre around mysteries and the paranormal. Also, JJ Abrams rocks (the disaster known as Cloverfield not withstanding. Like Batman and Robin, it never happened).
So yeah, I should like it, but I don't. I stayed around for Season One, hoping it would get better, but I dropped it after that. Just something about it, it didn't appeal to me.

Now X-Files, that was a show.

I got really into lost, then I realized they weren't going to tie up any plot in a way I enjoyed it.
