For nerds, they certainly lack the intelligence to think ahead about such potential copyright issues.

Yeah, it's too bad. It probably is a well done movie, hopefully it'll eventually see the light of day.

Well, the problem here was evidently not one to be blamed on either the creators of the film or Games Workshop but rather the odd writing of german copyright laws.
