One thing I missed earlier: Section 5 refers both to a "Directory" and an "Advisory Council" presumably as though they are one and the same. Presumably one or the other name is the one that should be used, not both.

I think we would need to note that we're repealing or amending some combination of the Advisory Council Act, Citizen-Initiator Act, Citizen-Liason Act, Delegacy Act, Ecclesia Procedure Act, and Citizen-Sergeant Act.

Also, Citizen-Sergeant is listed twice under 7.1.
