I would like to convoke a Party Congress to adopt a resolution on the subject of the methods used in Taijituan Elections.

I would like to convoke it at 21 EDT on Friday (0100 UTC on Saturday), but am open to suggestions. (MUST BE CONVOKED AFTER 1800 EDT ON FRIDAY)

I would also like to propose we amend the charter to define sufficient support to pass a resolution during a Congress as "absolute majority of Party membership" or similar language, "absolute majority" being a phrase I really wish I had known earlier.

I'd like to convoke a party congress this week, Friday, Saturday or Sunday evening, to discuss the following potential amendments to the Constitution: increase of senatorial quorum to a majority, increase the threshold to bring a petition to a vote to a quarter of those who participated in the last public vote, and the introduction of terms for Justices. Again on Friday at 21:00 EDT standard time might work, but I don't know about other people's schedules.

I have to close at work on Friday and Sunday, and I'll be busy pretty much all day Saturday. Later on Saturday might work, but I doubt I could make 21:00. Maybe.
