I think this should be pinned.
Also what about DSA now. Is he still a member?
Or did he leave the organization by his own decision?

Osa, I demanded voting for applications when Loyan abused his power back then, remember? I'm sure you'll get in Templarios.

I invited him to join, but I never said he would get into either one automatically  :-\

And I have doubts that he'll get rejected from either the AC or IPO as well  :-\

Honored Chairman Mori Hedeaki, Chairman of the Confederacy.

It is with pleasure that we receive your message.
However I must ask that you first familiarize yourself with the intentions behind IPO.
You will find more information here.

http://forum.taijitu.org/ipo/ipo-definition-paper/0/

Also i understand that you are at the moment involved in military action against the nations of Xyrael and Uichi Ryu for unknown reasons.
This is contrary to the intentions and obligations of IPO.
It is the goal of this organization to settle disputes between nations without resorting to military power deployment.
However I am willing to talk to the current IPO administrator to arrange a meeting with a representative to discuss this matter.

ooc: Which should happen in a separate topic.
No need to spam this one.
