Title: Let's Do the Foreign Service Shuffle

Some small announcements I'd like to make regarding the situation with the Citizen-Diplomats.

About a week or two ago, Funkadelia privately tendered his resignation in order to focus on his new position as Chairman of Lazarus and guide them through their post-coup rebuilding. I'd like to wish him the best of luck over there, and look forward to working with him on the world stage!

Secondly, Cormac tendered his resignation to me yesterday. This left the Foreign Service with no Citizen-Diplomats, so today I spoke to long-time Taijituan and former Citizen-Sergeant Dyr Nasad, and he agreed to take up the post! I'm glad to have him helping me lead the Foreign Service, and I am excited to work with him.

That's about it.
